People, paperwork, and neighbourhoods we know.

Lina Real Estate opened its first office in Ferizaj in 2013. Since then we have handled more than three hundred sales and hundreds of lettings, most of them through referrals from earlier clients.

Every property goes through the same steps: we read the paperwork, measure the space, and take the photographs ourselves. If something doesn't hold up, the property doesn't go on the site.
