Who we are

What we collect

When you message us, book a viewing or submit your property: your name, phone number, email (if given), your message and the property you ask about.

In the app: a random device identifier so we can show the status of your messages and, if you allow it, a push notification token.

Technical: your IP address, to protect against abuse (message rate limits). We don't use advertising cookies and don't track you on other sites.

Saved properties, language and currency are stored only in your browser or phone.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the property or request, arrange the viewing and notify you when the agent replies. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Who can see it

Only Lina Real Estate staff. Data is stored with our technical providers (Hostinger, Neon for the database, Resend for email), who process it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Messages and requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise (e.g. contracts).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@lina-realestate.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo.

Deleting your data from the app

In the app: More → Delete my data. Or email info@lina-realestate.com from the number or address you used.

Changes

If we change this policy the date above is updated. For important changes we'll let you know on the site or in the app.
